Does it calculate payroll?+
No — and we would rather say so plainly. HR360 records pay, checks it against contract, lists the variances and hands the period to your payroll provider. It does not compute statutory deduction components: those differ by country and change with the law.
Which modules actually work?+
All twelve. Every one of the thirty screens opens in three languages and shows data, and the demo ships full of sample records. The flows — adding, approving, moving a stage on — all work.
How do the three languages work?+
The interface and the content HR writes are translated separately. Content is authored once per language — no machine translation. Each employee picks their own.
How is leave entitlement calculated?+
By length of service, and the rule is yours. Defaults ship ready and can be changed to match your practice. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the day count, and the number of days used is stored at the moment it is recorded — a holiday added later never rewrites history.
