How many accounts can we have?+
No limit on your domain. There is no per-mailbox charge — you open as many accounts as the server capacity supports.
Can our existing email be moved?+
Yes. We migrate over IMAP from your current provider, so a user finds their mailbox as it was.
Does it work with Outlook and phones?+
Yes. Standard IMAP and SMTP, so Outlook, Apple Mail and the built-in Android and iOS apps all work. There is also a web interface.
Will our mail land in spam?+
Preventing that is part of the setup: SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured and sending reputation is monitored.
Is there a backup?+
Yes. Frequency and retention are agreed with you during setup.
